Enrolling your child in Water of Life Lutheran School

Thank you for making our school a part of your child's day!

Please follow the steps below if your child is new to our school

Registration and Enrollment for new students:

Step 1. Fill out the Online Enrollment Form to pre-register your child.

Step 2. Fill out a Tuition Express Application for processing your Registration Fee and Book Fee (Kindergarten students only). The Registration Fee is required to secure a spot for your child. (Note: spaces are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis, based on when we receive your Tuition Express form.)

The Tuition Express Application may be filled out and e-mailed to us, or you may bring it to the school in person. To submit your form to the Front Office in person, please schedule a Front Office appointment.

Registration Fees:
New students enrolling for 2017-2018 school year- $150
Returning students enrolling for the 2017-2018 school year- $125

Book Fee (for Kindergarten students only)- $100

Step 3. Once your child is pre-registered, please complete the remaining required forms
in the Enrollment Forms Packet.*

In addition to the 2017-2018 Enrollment Packet, the following forms/documents are needed:

  • WebIZ Form
  • Birth Certificate
  • Immunization Record
The completed forms may be e-mailed to us, or submitted to the Front Office in person. To drop off your completed forms in person please make a Front Office appointment.
*ALL paperwork must be submitted to the Front Office at least one week before a student’s start date. A student will not be admitted to class without a complete file. 
(Note- the Parent Handbook Receipt may be submitted on the student's first day)
