Please follow the steps below if your child is new to our school

Step 1. New Students: Fill out the Online Enrollment Form to register your child.
Download and complete the Enrollment Packet.

               Returning students: Fill out the Returning Student form and turn into the Front Office.               
            Returning Student may access MyProcare to view/update family information:  MyProcare

Step 2. Fill out a Tuition Express Application for processing your Registration Fee. 
           The Registration Fee is required to secure a spot for your child.

    The Tuition Express Application may be filled out and
    e-mailed (officemanager@wateroflifeschool.org) to us, or you may bring it to the school in person.

    Registration Fees:

    New students - $200  | Returning students - $175 * prior to May 22nd.


Step 3.  In addition to the Enrollment Packet and Tuition Express form, the following forms/documents are needed:

  • WebIZ Form
  • Birth Certificate
  • Immunization Record
The completed forms may be e-mailed to us, or submitted to the Front Office in person.
